1. Λογιστή για εργασία πλήρους απασχόλησης

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

– Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 6 ετών

– Καλή γνώση τήρησης βιβλίων Γ’ κατηγορίας

– Καλή γνώση Η/Υ

– Καλή γνώση του φορολογικού συστήματος (ΦΠΑ, ΚΦΕ, ΚΒΣ κλπ)

Θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα:

–  Η προϋπηρεσία σε λογιστικό γραφείο ή σε λογιστήριο μεγάλης εταιρίας.

–  Η εμπειρία σε προγράμματα Extra της Epsilon Net

–  Η γνώση έκδοσης μισθοδοσίας

–  Η εξοικείωση με τις πλατφόρμες και εφαρμογές της ΑΑΔΕ.

The role relates to on boarding, recruitment, implementation and administration of human resources programs and employment policies, personnel record-keeping, and compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.

Job description

• Source, identify and interview candidates to ensure a match for business needs and culture
• Manage hiring and onboarding for all store positions from start to finish, in partnership with the Retail Learning Manager
• Work closely with the Retail Manager to conduct new hire onboarding and induction and HR support
• Manage the functional new hire process for all employees including securing applications, completing background checks, new hire paperwork, follow up and follow through of the full hiring process
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports, including responsibility for maintaining personnel records in compliance with the law as well as with company policies and procedures and their communication to employees
• Implement HR employment policies and procedures research, analyze and resolve HR issues and handle employee relations that might arise
• Administer in a daily basis employee attendance and ensure that all employees’ personal files and records are filed and update
• Support activities related to budget, compensation & benefits and serve as a backup for activities related to payroll
• Handle training and staffing needs and be familiar with HR metrics

Principal Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Business Studies or in similar fields
• Master’s Degree in HRM will be considered as an asset
• At least 2 years of working experience within an HR environment
• Good knowledge of HR regulations and labor law matters
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written)
• Excellent computer skills, with full knowledge of Microsoft office
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Τυπικά προσόντα

• Τουλάχιστον 2ετής εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση ή θέση υπεύθυνου καταστήματος
• Κατοχή πτυχίου ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ οικονομικού προσανατολισμού
• Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
• Άριστη γνώση υπολογιστών (Windows, MS Office)

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in similar field (ex. Sales, Marketing, Business Administration)
• Excellent command of English language
• Strong communication, organization skills and customer follow up.
• The ability to listen well and understand customers’ needs and wants
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to successfully relate with customers
• Critical thinking
• Customer service skills: he must respond to the customers’ questions, concerns and complaints
• Ability to travel
• Experience using MS Office, and internet tools
• Work experience in similar position; especially experience in retail or fashion industry will be considered an asset
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

POSITION CHARACTERISTICS

• Sell to key retail accounts and develop relationships at store level
